I combine painting and drawing resulting in work dense with visual information, reflective of the increase in our digital, social and political confusion. The painted, photographic images in the work are gleaned from popular sources: found fashion magazines, junk mail clothing catalogs, album /CD covers, and are connected with drawn forms using water-based ink pens. I like the accumulated imagery to cohere into an ambiguous being or edifice, one containing an incoherent narrative.
